    Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Act as primary customer quality contact for assigned customers; manage customer issues, escalations and communication.

• Lead and coordinate 8D/RCA investigations; define, implement and verify effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage customer complaints, returns and field issues including containment, analysis and closure in accordance with customer agreements.

• Support supplier quality when issues impact customer product; coordinate audits and follow-up actions as required.

   If you have/are:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Experience in customer quality, field quality or supplier quality within the automotive industry; knowledge of airbags, seatbelts or related safety systems is advantageous.

• Proven skills in problem solving tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA, root cause analysis) and experience with PPAP, APQP and control plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.

• Organised, decisive and able to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
