Key Responsibilities in Production Leadership

• Organise and manage Autonomous Manufacturing Groups (AMG) to achieve targets in line with the Autoliv Production System (APS).
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards within the GEMBA and provide support with necessary EHS documentation.
• Disseminate Autoliv Policy Deployment Targets to the team and maintain ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
• Lead daily operational meetings (SQDSM) and foster active participation within the AMG teams.
• Oversee and optimise AMG expenditure and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Perform thorough analyses on productivity, efficiency, and downtime, developing action plans for improvements and ensuring their implementation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills for Production Leader

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally within operational functions.
• Strong grasp of production systems and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficient presentation skills with the ability to inspire change positively.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, and fluent in English for reporting and meetings.
