Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety systems, is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Senior Specialist to join our team at our Gebze plant. We specialise in manufacturing and marketing airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify organisational learning priorities and design specialised training programs accordingly.
• Manage and oversee the annual and monthly budget for Learning & Development, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Coordinate, implement, and assess learning and development initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Regularly update and maintain learning content and resources, while reporting progress to senior leadership at both local and global levels.
• Participate in internal and external audits by presenting L&D processes clearly and effectively to auditors.
• Function as the primary user of the local and global L&D platform, ensuring its optimal engagement and utilisation.
• Work closely with the regional HR Development team to seamlessly integrate global best practices into the local setting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development roles, with demonstrated success in similar positions preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to inspire and effect positive change.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP/LMS is an added advantage.
• English fluency is essential for report writing and meetings.
