Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute quality assurance initiatives in line with project demands and company standards.
• Lead the standardisation efforts of PQ and PQE activities and support ongoing improvements.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints and internal process issues, ensuring optimal satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production team's quality indicators and initiate improvement actions.
• Participate actively in workshops, promoting a culture of quality and efficiency.
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
• Oversee the implementation and completion of all APDS tasks related to quality.

Essential Requirements for Candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in operational functions.
• Deep understanding of production systems and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Strong presentational skills with an ability to inspire change and improve quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven capability to work effectively in team settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English for reporting and meetings.
• Experience with OEMs, especially Toyota, is a plus.
