What You'll Do

End User Support and Training

• Deliver technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues through standard communication channels (phone, MS Teams, email, and in-person).
• Conduct IT training sessions and create user guides to enhance end-user knowledge and proficiency with IT systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to improve user experience and productivity.

Collaboration with Service Delivery

• Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure the effective delivery of IT services and support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service processes and provide feedback on service delivery performance.
• Ensure IT support aligns with established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational requirements

Hardware Management

• Oversee hardware orders, ensuring timely procurement and alignment with company standards.
• Manage hardware setups, including installation, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Handle hardware lifecycle management, including upgrades, replacements, and disposal in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory and manage asset tracking.

Network and Server Support

• Assist with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and server systems.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
• Support network and server projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations.

Project Support

• Provide technical expertise and support for IT projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with IT suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
• Evaluate and negotiate local vendor contracts and service agreements to align with organizational needs and budget constraints.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues related to service delivery or product quality.

Policies and Standards

• Follow IT operational policies and procedures, perform work in accordance with best practices, quality is part of our core values

What Is Required

• University degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge of Windows Server systems and Networking (VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco products)
• CCNA, MCSE certificates would be preferred
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Being a good team player
• Fluency in English
• No military service obligation for male candidates
