Customer Quality Engineer
Core Responsibilities and Activities:
- Responsible of quality strategy execution
- Moderates problem solving activities when 8D is required due to the customer complaints
- Moderates containment action at customer side
- Guarantee and performing the accomplishment with process & product audits.
- Execution of the fast response methodology
- Participate in PFMEA Go, See and Fix
- Coordinate internal contentions
- KPI update and customer scorecards monitoring
- Identify & risk analyzing, suggests corrective actions & verify the closure of open points
- Escalate potential risks at manager
- Good communication skills and solution oriented
Previous Experience:
- 2 year experience from Automotive industry
- Able to keep daily conversations as well as techniques
- Quality core tools knowledge

Education
