HR Analyst
Responsibilities and Activities:
- To track the number of employees in the organization on a weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor HR processes and guidelines
- HR user and authorization management
- Wage studies of employees transferred to global/ internal,
- Caring out of studies on benefits
- To prepare data for market research on compensation& benefits, to analyze the results
- To provide monthly actual budget comparison and control
- Creating forecasts for the number of employees and periodic budgets regarding employee costs
- To follow and control HR and HSE invoices
- Carrying out the responsibility of Employee Center (HRIS) processes
- To follow and control HR and HSE Purchase Orders
- Manage of some HR Portals and Applications
- To prepare presentations
- The Law on the Protection of Personal Data(GDPR) and ISO 27001 ISMS Process
- To prepare and follow periodical and new reports
- Organizing internal communication activities,
- Publishing HR announcements
- Purchasing process support
- Administrative Affairs process
- Checking Agreements
- Participating audits
- HR Orders Payment Process
