Job Description

• Installing new equipment, commissioning and defining all maintenance plans of the new equipment and performing these plans in the related fields,
• Preparing department budget annually and issue the Quality Targets and Key Performance Indicators, following of KPIs, if KPIs are not achieved taking corrective and preventive actions accordingly and recording the data,
• Running the electrical/mechanical/pneumatics/instrument/control systems (DCS, PLC etc.) beside to provide management and supervision of workshops, supervisors and technicians,
• Fulfilling the periodical, predictive and preventive maintenance of all equipment in yarn and utilities field and fulfilling the CAPEX /energy saving projects beside leading/supporting technological innovations in this field,
• Purchasing services in coordination with other employees for projects (including receiving machinery) planned as an organization, checking the conformity these services with prepared documents,
• Robot,PLC, DCS, Scada & HMI Software experience (Siemens, ABB Robots preferred),
• Leading TPM activities,
• Being responsible from the compliance to the occupational health & safety and environmental rules and regulations,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical experience in industrial automation and special machinery
• Knowledge on hardware design, reading and drawing of electrical drawings
• Hardware competence e.g. Siemens, Bosch Rexroth, Pilz products
• Good competence in special machinery directives and norms e.g. DIN-EN 60204-1, 2006/42 etc.
• Competence in PLC programming e.g. Siemens, Telemeqaniue
• Knowledge on Robotics – particularly ABB,Fanuc etc.
• Very good command in Turkish and English
• Good communication, team-work and stress management skills
• Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and work with international project teams
• Familiar with digitalization and IoT technologies
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving & continuous improvement (Ex.: FMEA, SPC, PDCA, Lean manufacturing, 5S)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
